What we collect
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
When you contact us — by email, Telegram, WhatsApp or phone — we receive what you choose to send: your name, contact details and the content of your message. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical server logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.
Why and how long
We use your information only to respond to you and to provide our services, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose or as the law requires (for example, tax administration). We never sell or rent your data.
Third parties
If you contact us via Telegram or WhatsApp, those platforms process your messages under their own privacy policies. Our email runs on Google Workspace. We share your data with others only when a transaction you ask us to handle requires it (for example, a notary) or when the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask us to access, correct, delete or hand over the personal data we hold about you — just email info@expatmakelaar.eu. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
